El Rancho is a large entertainment complex that includes a campground. It is accessed down a long driveway, and looks quite impressive as you approach the parking area and reception.
The campsite area is all on-grass, tucked away in a separate area. The facilities were showing their age, but were clean and tidy when we called in.
The complex included a range of outdoor activities focussed on kids and young adults.
It looked to be a very quiet location when we called in on a sunny winter afternoon. However, this could change with other visitors to the park facilities.
