WEST COAST: GREYMOUTH

Central Motorhome Park is a small campervan park behind the Caltex service station, just of the main road in central Greymouth.

The campervan park was not particularly obvious driving past on a busy road, and we drove around the block a couple of times before we realized that we needed to pull into the Caltex service station, and continue up the driveway.

The campsite manager noticed that we were looking for him, and came out with very friendly greeting, telling us that he'd reserved a space specially for us. Unfortunately, his attitude changed when I told him we weren't able to stay, but would like to take some pictures for this directory.

He refused to let us come in, so we can only report what happened, and provides some pictures that will help you to find it should you want to stay there.
