Peak Viewpoint is a small reserve with a view of the Fox Glacier in the distance, and a small memorial to 9 people who were killed in an aircraft accident in 2010.
It is available as a picnic area only, as overnight parking is not allowed. However, overnight parking is allowed just across the bridge on the Clearwater Stream reserve.
