WELLINGTON: PORIRUA

Motukaraka Point Reserve has a large carpark directly overlooking the Porirua Harbour. There are clean toilets, and self-contained motor caravanners can park overnight.

This is one of those really nice 'out-of-the-way' locations that you can stumble across while exploring our beautiful country. 

It's well off the main road, and quiet, and has a wide range of bird life for the ornithologists amoung us.
