The Taupo Cosmopolitan Club, also known as the Cossie Club, provides excellent dining facilities, and allows self-contained motor caravanners to stay overnight while in Taupo.
It was miserable wet weather when we arrived with some of our motorhome friends, so being able to eat an excellent meal in the restaurant for a very reasonable price was a treat for us.
We arrive mid-week, and the club was nearly empty. It would be worth checking before you arrive as some nights will be really busy, and you might not find suitable parking.
The club is also just across the road from the local Pak n Save, which we used to top up our groceries on the following morning before moving on.
