Bulli Point Reserve is on the shores of Lake Taupo and is a nice place to stop for a break.
There is now sign forbidding overnight parking in the reserve, so we have assumed that this is allowed. However, you might want to check with the Taupo District Council if you'd like to stay.
There is a public toilet available if needed.
