There is a very good public dump station within Ranfurly town. Along with drinking water there are waste bins for recycling as well as general rubbish..
There's plenty of room for large vans.
You'll also see lots of vans parking in the adjacent reserve, which is set up as a New Zealand Motor Caravan Association members parking area. You have to be a member to stay there.
