Overnight parking areas in their side section
The Dargaville Parkover is part of the local Information Centre and Woodturners Gallery. There is an empty section adjacent for self-contained vans.
Overnight parking cost $15 per van per night, and is in a reasonably quiet street in one of Dargaville's outer suburbs.
The Information Centre is a good place to plan your trips when exploring the local area. But the stand out reason for visiting is the quality of the kauri bowls and other items on display, made on site by Rick Taylor.
Some of it is made from Kauri logs that have been buried in a swamp for over 30,000 years.
