McGregor Camp provides basic facilities in a stunning location on the shores of Lake Alexandrina If a peaceful environment, with no mobile phone coverage is what you're looking for, this is a great location.

It is a wildlife sanctuary and fisherman's camp, run by the local Residents' Association. Fees are payable to the committee member on site, or there are honesty tubes on site for payment.

An interesting feature of the campsite is the large deciduous trees growing quite happily within the lake.

The parking area is not even, so you're likely to need levelling blocks. Also, note that there is no drinking water on site.

Strictly NO ANIMALS. Max. length vehicle 9m.
