Sheltered parking
Locked up public toilets
Margaret Griffen Park and the Lynfield Recreation Centre have a large, sheltered, sealed parking area that is available to self-contained motor caravanners for overnight parking.
There is a nice childeren's play area, that this would make an excellent free place to stay whlie visiting Auckland.
There are also public toiltes available, but they were all locked up on the day we visited. Probably best not to rely on these being open.
